Becoming A Subscriber

  • How do I subscribe or give a gift subscription?

    Please visit our online shop to find the best subscription option for your needs or to buy a gift card.

  • When will my first issue arrive?

    If you’ve subscribed within the first two weeks after our latest issue is out, you will receive your first issue between two and three weeks after purchasing a print subscription.

    Otherwise, your first issue will be the first upcoming issue and will generally arrive within four to twelve weeks of becoming a subscriber. 

  • My subscription included a tote bag. When can I expect it to arrive?

    The tote shipments start six to eight weeks after your payment is processed and they generally arrive with your first or your second upcoming issue. 

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We only accept online forms of payment at the moment. They include PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

  • Can I subscribe to Mystery Tribune if I live outside the United States?

    Yes but at the moment, we only offer digital subscription internationally. We can accommodate customers outside United States if they purchase "Member" subscription plan. In this case, we will ship all their issues for the year together. 

    Alternatively, additional arrangements can be made to ship issues internationally if shipping costs are covered by the customer. Please contact us via email for further information. 

Managing Your Subscription 

  • I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

    Go to mysterytribune.com on your desktop or tablet. Then select Sign In at the top-right sliding menu, then Forgot password?.

    If there is a Mystery Tribune account associated with your e-mail address, we will send you instructions for resetting your password.

  • How do I access my account?

    Go to mysterytribune.com on your desktop or tablet. Then select Sign In at the top-right sliding menu.

    Once you’re signed in, you can check your account and at the top-right sliding menu and make changes to your e-mail address, password, or subscription.

  • How do I unsubscribe from Mystery Tribune?

    You can pause or cancel your subscription by accessing your account via "my profile". 

  • If I cancel my subscription, when does the cancellation go into effect?

    The cancellation will be processed immediately, though you may receive the additional print issues that you've already paid for prior to ending your subscription.

  • How can I cancel my print subscription and keep digital access only?

    You can cancel your print subscription and then purchase a new digital subscription. 

Advertising and Submissions

  • How can I advertise in Mystery Tribune?

    For information on how to become a partner, advertising rates and other promotional opportunities, please contact us via email.

  • How can I submit a piece to Mystery Tribune?

    For submissions to Mystery Tribune, please visit our submission section.

  • The status of my submission is "Received". What does it mean?

    It means the piece has been successfully received by our submission system but it's still in the queue and yet to be reviewed. 

Technical Troubleshooting

  • How do I access my digital subscription content?

    As a digital subscriber, you have access to our latest issue as well as our digital archive of short fiction and other premium content. 

    To read the latest issue, log in and check the latest issue from the sliding menu on the top right hand side of the screen on your desktop. 

    You can also access premium content via search or by going to "Premium Fiction" section on the main menu (under Entertainment). 

    To download the latest issue, go to the shop and purchase the latest digital issue: the charge will appear as zero.
